TGIF: Asclepius Trio

Asclepius Trio - Fiona Bellamy, Andrew Marshall (Clarinets) and Lydia Pearson (bassoon)

Asclepius was the Greek god of medicine, the son of Apollo. It is to him that the Hippocratic oath is sworn. The Asclepius Trio was established by members of the New Zealand Doctors’ Orchestra who currently work at Wellington Hospital. The Asclepius Trio will perform Mozart’s beautiful Divertimenti for two clarinets and bassoon K229.

Thank God it's Friday! Celebrate the end of the working week with music in the beautiful Wellington Cathedral of St Paul. Recitals commence at 12.45pm and last no longer than 30 minutes. Entry is by a suggested donation of $10.
