Chelsea started learning the piano at the age of four in Adelaide, Australia and has been taking lessons from Gillian Bibby since 2001. She became very interested in learning the organ and started taking lessons from her father in 2009. At the beginning of 2010 she began lessons with Richard Apperley (Assistant Organist at Wellington Cathedral) and was appointed a Junior Organ Scholar in the same year. She enjoys singing in the Wellington East Girls' College auditioned Cantala choir which reached the Big Sing National Finale in 2010. She has competed in the Secondary School's Chamber Music Contest and plays the violin in her school orchestra.
